A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PORT TOWNSEND, AUTHORIZING A LATECOMER
UTILITY CONTRACT PURSUANT TO RCW 35.91
WHEREAS, David and Cris Williams, and Janet Dallett and David Mathieson have con~cted
or caused to be contructed a 6-inch water line in 29th Street within the service
area of the City of Port Townsend in Jefferson County, Washington; and
WHEREAS, David and Cris Williams, and Janet Dallett and David Mathieson wish to enter
into an Agreement with the City of Port Townsend pursuant to RCW 35.91, as
amended, tx) provide for partial reimbursement of the eosts of ~ch improvement
by subsequent users or connectors to the line,
NO W THEREFORE
Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Port Townsend that the Mayor is hereby
authorized tx) execute on behalf of the City an agreement providing for the partial reimbur~ment
of the costs of construction of the utility line by the person(s) named herein through payments
from subsequent users or connectors to said utility line.
