A I~I~-ROLUTION memorializing Darlene Bloomfield.
Wi~REAS, Darlene Bloomfield has served the citizens of Port Townsend and Jefferson
County with distinction since March 2, 1988; and
during the past three and one-half years as city planner, Ms. Bloomfield has made
a lasting contribution to the future of the City in her WOrk on both current
development and future planning projects; and
WHEREAS, throughout her service to the City, Ms. Bloomfield has combined exemplary
human kindness and professional expertise in her work; and
WI-IF~REAS, Ms. Bloomfield's career was prematurely ended in her death on July 11, 1994;
N O W, T H E R E F O R E;
BE 1T RESOLVED BY THE C'TFY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND this
