OF PORT TOWNSEND FIXING THE TIME FOR HEARING
ON A PETITION FOR VACATION OF AN ALLEY.
BE IT RESOLVED, that:
The Port Townsend City Council shall conduct a public
hearing on Street Vacation Application No. 9406-0~ from Lee and
Meg Wilburn. The proposal, if_approved, would vacate the alley
within Block 36 of Fowler's Park Addition in the City of Port
Townsend.
The hearing will be conducted on or about 7:00 p.m. on
Monday, August 15. 1994, in the Council Chambers of City Hall,
540 Water Street, Port Townsend, Washington.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Port Townsend and
approved by the Mayor this ~
