A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PORT TOWNSEND AUTHORIZING A FIRE PROTECTION
CONTRACT FOR FORT WORDEN AND THE ROTHSCHILD
HOUSE WITH STATE PARKS
BE IT RESOLVED, that:
The Mayor is here and hereby authorized and directed to
execute the annexed FIRE PROTECTION CONTRACT with the Washington
State Parks and Recreation Commission requiring the City to provide
fire protection for Fort Worden and the Rothschild House for an
annual fee of $12,593.00.
