A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT
TOWNSEND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO SIGN AN AGREEMENT
WITH CH2M HILL FOR GIS MAPPING AND ANALYSIS.
WHEREAS, The City negotiated a comract with CH2M HILL for GIS mapping and analysis
for the City; and
WHEREAS,
The City has budgeted monies within the 1994 CIP for this project and has
conformed with the standards of the law bY establishing a roster of qualified
consultants; and
WHEREAS, The City has investigated the qualifications of CH2M HILL and finds that they
are qualified to perform the services required, and has found their past services
to the City to be satisfactory and has negotiated this proposed contract,
NOW THEREFORE
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Port Townsend that it authorizes the
Mayor to sign an agreement with CH2M HILL for GIS mapping and analysis services.
