A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PORT TOWNSEND FIXING THE TIME FOR HEARING ON
A PETITION FOR VACATION OF A STREET.
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Port Townsend, that:
TI/~ Port Townsend City Council shall conduct a Public hearing on Street Vacation
Application No. 9406-11 from Jefferson Transit. The request, if approved, would vacate
Knhn Street from the north line of 12th Street to the south line of 14th Street in the City of
Port Townsend. The subject street is located between Blocks 9 and 20 of the Supplementary_
Plat of the Eisenbeis Addition to the City of Port Townsend.
The hearing will be conducted on or about 7:00 p.m. on Monday, October 17, 1994, in
the Council Chambers of City Hall, 540 Water Street, Port Townsend, Washington.
