A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND
AUTHORIZING AN AGREE~I~NT WITH THE
PORT TOWNSEND MARINESCIENCE SOCIETY
BE IT RESOLVED, that:
The Mayor is here and hereby authorized and directed to
execute the annexed PROFESSIONAL SERVICE/CONSULTANTAGREEMENTwith
the Port Townsend Marine Science Society to fulfill the work
proposed in grant contract number G9200331 with the Department of
Ecology for a fee not to exceed $189,000.
