BIDDER FOR CITY DOCK IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT.
WHEREAS, All qualified and eligible contractors from the City's Small Works Roster were
invited to bid on the City Dock Improvements project; and
WHEREAS, Bids were received in a fair and timely fashion, in accordance with small works
project procedures and City and State bidding laws; and
WHEREAS, The City has found
to be the lowest, responsive, responsible bidder,
NOW THEREFORE
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Port Townsend as follows:
SECTION 1:

improvements as detailed in the contract documents for the City Dock Improvements project is
hereby accepted and is declared to be the lowest, responsive, responsible bidder on the project.
