A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT
TOWNSEND AUTHORIZING THE BIDDING OF NECESSARY PRODUCTS
FOR 1995.
WHEREAS,
WHEREAS,
WHEREAS,
The City of Port Townsend requires necessary
products for the year 1995, including sodium
hypochlorite and liquid chlorine, and petroleum
products; and
The City's current contracts for these products
expire December 31, 1994; and
The City wishes to let for bid these products in a
fair and timely manner,
N O W T H E R E F O R E
Be it resolved that the City Council of the City of Port Townsend
does hereby request the Mayor to authorize the bidding of these
necessary products.
