WHEREAS, the Water Street Corporation is offering a donation
in the amount of $120.00 to the City to plant trees
at Tidal Park;and.
WHEP~EAS, the Tidal Park is a City facility;
NOW THEREFORE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE CITY OF
PORT TOWNSEND:
That the City Council gratefully accept this donation and
authorize the City Clerk to deposit this donation to the Park fund
for this purpose.
