RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR OF THE CITY OF PORT
TOWNSEND TO SIGN A LEASE AGREEMENT IN SUBSTANTIALLY THE
SAME FORM AS THE ATTACHED FOR RENTAL OF THE PORT TOWNSEND
SCHOOL DISTRICT MOUNTAIN VIEW ELEMENTARY SCHOOL SWIMMING
POOL FACILITY EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 1995.
WHEREAS, as of January 1, 1995, the City is taking over from the County the recreation
program for the swimming pool, located at the Mountain View Elementary School and owned
by the Port Townsend School District;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council for the City of Port
Townsend that the Mayor is hereby authorized to sign the attached Lease Agreement for the lease
of the schOol district swimming pool facility in substantially the same form as the attached.
