MINUTES OF THE CITY COUNCIL RETREAT
JANUARY 12, 2002
The City Council of the City of Port Townsend met for a retreat on the twelfth day of
January, 2002, at 9 AM at the Pope Marine Building.
Council members in attendance were:
Frieda Fenn, Joe Finnie, Kees Kolff, Geoff Masci, Catharine Robinson, Michelle
Sandoval
Staff members present: City Manager David Timmons, City Attorney John Watts, City
Clerk Pam Kolacy, Public Works Director Ken Clow, BCD Director Jeff Randall
