RESOLUTION 95- 03
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT
TOWNSEND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO SIGN A CONTRACT
AWARDING THE BID FOR PETROLEUM PRODUCTS FOR 1995 TO
PACIFIC OIL PRODUCTS.
WHEREAS, The City of Port Townsend requires necessary services and products for the
year 1995; and
WHEREAS, The City's current contract for these products and services expired December
31, 1994; and
WHEREAS, The City has advertised for bids for these products in a fair and timely manner
and has found Pacific Oil Products to be the lowest, responsive, responsible
bidder,
NOW THEREFORE
BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Port Townsend does hereby request
the Mayor to sign a contract agreement with Pacific Oil Products for petroleum products for
1995.
