RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING MAYOR TO SIGN AN INTEGRATED
DATA MANAGEMENT SYSTEM ("IDMS"} DATA LICENSE
AGREEMENT WITH JEFFERSON COUNTY
WHEREAS, certain IDMS data from the Jefferson County Assessor's office is needed
for the utility and comprehensive planning processes,
WHEREAS, prior to, releasing files containing public information in digital form the
County has required the City to sign a Product Licensing Agreement,
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council for the City of Port Townsend hereby authorizes
the Mayor to sign an IDMS Data License Agreement with Jefferson County in substantially the
same form as attached.
