RESOLUTION NO 95- I ~
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND
AUTHORIZING THE BIDDING FOR CONSULTANT SERVICES TO PROVIDE
DESIGN, INSTALLATION, USER TRAINING AND REMOTE MAINTENANCE OF
AN INTEGRATED TELECOMMUNICATIONS SYSTEM FOR CITY
DEPARTMENTS.
WHEREAS, It has been determined that the current telecommunications system
utilized by City Departments is antiquated, and
WHEREAS, The City Council has appropriated funds for 1995 to procure a portion
of this system, and
WHEREAS, The City is interested in contracting with a vendor to provide continuous
service and support through all phases of system design and
implementation, and
WHEREAS, These products and services are necessary to conduct the various City
functions
NOW THEREFORE
Be it resolved that City Council of the City of Port Townsend does hereby request the
Mayor to authorize the bidding for telecommunications products and services.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Port T/ and signed by the Mayor
