A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT
TOWNSEND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO SIGN A PROFESSIONAL
SERVICES CONTRACT WITH PERATROVICH, NOTTINGHAM & DRAGE,
INC. FOR DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION RELATED SERVICES TO
RECONSTRUCT UNION WHARF.
Whereas,
The City of Port Townsend has obtained State of Washington Department of Natural
Resources grant monies for the design and reconstruction of Union Wharf; and
Whereas
Peratrovich, Nottingham & Drage, Inc was selected as the Consultant to assist in
preparing a design study for the Union Wharf Reconstruction Project; and
Whereas,
The Union Wharf Advisory Committee recommends proceeding with the selected design
alternative using the services of Peratrovich, Nottingham & Drage, Inc; and
Whereas,
Peratrovich, Nottingham & Drage, Inc offers services and expertise that the City requires
to complete the final design work and administer the construction contract;
N O W T H E R E F O R E
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND that it hereby
authorizes the Mayor to sign a professional services contract with Peratrovich, Nottingham & Drage,
Inc. in substantially the form as attached for design and construction management services.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that any actions taken pUrsuant to this authorization but prior to its
adoption are hereby ratified and confirmed.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Port Townsend and signed by the Mayor this 6th day of
March 1995.
