A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PORT TOWNSEND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO
BID THE CONSTRUCTION OF n WASH PAD AND
EQUIPMENT OUTBUILDING.
the Department of Ecology requires the City to have a washdown facility for
City equipment; and
the City Council authorized this project in 1994; and
this project is included in the 1995 budget under Stormwater Utility; and
the City desires to bid for this equipmem in a fair and timely fashion, in
accordance with State and local bidding regulations;
NOW THEREFORE
Be it resolved that the City Council of the City of Port Townsend does hereby authorize the
Mayor to bid for construction of the wash pad and equipment outbuilding.
