A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT
TOWNSEND DECLARING SPECIALTIES BUll.DING AND DEVELOPING
TO BE THE LOWEST, RESPONSIVE, RESPONSIBLE BIDDER FOR
.CONSTRUCTION OF A WASH PAD AND EQUIPMENT OUTBUILDING
AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO SIGN A CONTRACT AWARDING
THE BID TO SPECIALTIES BUILDING AND DEVELOPING OF PORT
ANGEl.ES, WASHINGTON.
WHEREAS,

WHEREAS,
The City has advertised and received bids for construction of the wash pad and
equipment outbuilding; and
Bids were received in a fair and timely fashion, in accordance with City and State
bidding laws; and
This project, is funded in the 1995 budget under Stormwater Utility; and
The City has found Specialties Building and Developing to be the lowest,
responsive, responsible bidder,
NOW THEREFORE
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Port Townsend as follows:

The bid submitted by Specialties Building and Developing for the construction of the wash pad
and equipmen: outbuilding is hereby accepted and Specialties Building and Developing is
declared to be the lowest, responsive, responsible bidder on the project.
