A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT
TOWNSEND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO SIGN A CONTRACT
WITH BERRY HILL SOFTWARE FOR COMPUTER SYSTEM
CONSULTING FOR THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND DEPARTMENT
OF PUBLIC WORKS.
WHEREAS, the City does not have sufficiem staff or expertise to conduct such services
itself, and
it would be beneficial to the City to utilize the Consultant as an independent
entity to accomplish the City's objectives and goals to maximize computer
resources and thereby improve administrative/financial controls, and
WHEREAS, the City has investigated the qualifications of the Consultant and finds that the
Consultant is qualified to perform the services required;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Port Townsend
that it authorizes the Mayor to sign a Professional Services Agreement between the city of Port
Townsend and Berry Hill Software in substantially the same form as attached.
