A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PORT TOWNSEND FIXING THE TIME FOR HEARING
ON A PETITION FOR A STREET VACATION
BE IT RESOLVED, THAT:
The Port Townsend City Council shall conduct a public hearing on Street Vacation
Application No. 9505-10. The proposal, if approved, would vacate the northerly 26 feet of
Third Street abutting Lots 12, 13 and 14, and the easterly 7.69 feet of Lot 15 in
Block 4 of the National City Addition to the City of Port Townsend.
The hearing will be conducted at or about 7:00 PM on Monday, July 3, 1995, in the
Council Chambers of City Hall, 540 Water Street, Port Townsend, Washington.

Passed by the City Council of the City of Port Townsend and approved by the Mayor
this 5 day of June, 1995.
