RECONSTRUCTION OF THE LITTLE QUILCENE RIVER MUNICIPAL
WATER DIVERSION AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO SIGN A

The City has advertised and received bids for the reconstruction of the Little
Quilcene River diversion; and
Bids were received in a fair and timely fashion, in accordance with City and State
bidding laws; and

N O W T H E R E F O R E
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Port Townsend as follows:
SECTION 1:
The bid submitted by ?O~7;~"/? ]~',~;/fi~,t'I' ~o~v.~. for the reconstruction of the Little
Quilcene River diversion is hereby accepted and .T)oRT._~,-~ ~/,~'~'~.l' ~a,r;,',e, is declared to
be the lowest, responsive, responsible bidder on the project.
SECTION 2:
The contract for reconstruction of the Little Quilcene River diversion is hereby awarded to

to l~o~'-~u-'~. ~/~'7/t~'~ ~ signature of the contrac'~ and the posting of an acceptable
performance bond, payment bond, insurance certificates and all other documentation required by
the contract documents and by law.
