A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT
TOWNSEND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO SIGN A CONTRACT
WITH LITTLE & LITTLE CONSTRUCTION TO PROVIDE PROJECT
MANAGEMENT SERVICES FOR THE UNION WHARF
RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT .
the City does not have sufficient staff or expertise to conduct such services itself
within the fast-track schedule required for the Union Wharf Reconstruction
Project, and
it Would be beneficial to the City to utilize the Consultant as an independent
emity to assist in accomplishing the City's objectives and goals to insure the
timely completion of the Union Wharf project, and
WHEREAS, the City has investigated the qualifications of the Consultant and finds that the
Consultant is qualified to perform the services required;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Port Townsend
that it authorizes the Mayor to sign a Professional'Services Agreement between the city of Port
Townsend and Little & Little Construction in substantially the same form as attached.
· Adopted by the City Council of the City of Port Townsend and signed by the Mayor this
17th day of July, 1995.
