A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO SIGN A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES CONTRACT
WITH ECONOMIC & ENGINEERING SERVICES (EES) TO PROVIDE FINANCIAL
ANALYSIS FOR WATER, WASTEWATER AND STORMWATER UTILITIES.
WHEREAS, Council has established a goal of reviewing the financial stares of each utility
annually; and
WHEREAS, A rate analysis for water, wastewater and stormwater utilities is necessary in
order to appropriately budget for 1996; and
WHEREAS, EES is on the City's Professional Services Roster; and
WHEREAS,
It has been determined that EES is the most qualified firm based on their
experience, knowledge and track record of conducting financial analysis for the
City of Port Townsend.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Port Townsend
that it authorizes the Mayor to sign a Professional Services Agreement with EES in substantially
the same form as attached.
