RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT
TOWNSEND AUTHORIZING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICE AND
CONSULTANT AGREEMENT WITH 3-H CABLE COMMUNICATIONS
CONSULTANTS
The City Council of the City of Port Townsend, Washington, does resolve as follows:
WHEREAS, the City has hired 3-H Cable Communications as consultants to draft and
negotiate a cable television franchise renewal and to provide advice to the City in its role as a
regulatory authority for basic service rates as authorized by federal law,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council for the City of Port
Townsend that the Mayor is authorized to sign the Professional Service/Consultant Agreement
with 3-H Cable Communications Consultants in substantially the same form as attached.
