AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO SIGN AN AGREEMENT IN
SUBSTANTIALLY THE SAME FORM AS THE ATTACHED WITH THE PORT
TOWNSEND SCHOOL DISTRICT FOR THE CITY USE OF THE POOL FOR
THE RECREATION PROGRAM.
WHEREAS; the City is interested in continuing a recreation pool program from September 01,
1995 to August 31, 1996; and
WHEREAS; the School District owns the Pool Facility; and
WHEREAS; both the City and the School District desire to coordinate and cooperate in
providing a pool program for the community,
NOW THEREFORE
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council for the Ci~
