A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF PORT TOWNSEND
APPROVING THE FINAL DESIGN AND AUTHORIZING THE
ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS TO RECONSTRUCT UNION WHARF

The City of Port Townsend has obtained State of Washington of Natural Resources
grant monies for the design and reconstruction of Union Wharf; and
Peratrovich, Nottingham & Drage, Inc. was selected as the Consultant to assist the City
in preparing a design for the Union Wharf Reconstruction Project; and
Peratrovich, Nottingham and Drage, Inc. has produced a design through a series of
presentations and reviews with the Union Wharf Advisory Committee resulting in a final
base design with additive alternates to be selected once bids have been submitted
through an advertisement and award process in accordance with State and local bidding
regulations;
NOW THEREFORE
Be it resolved that the City Council of the City of Port Townsend does hereby adopt the
recommendations of the Union Wharf Committee and accept the final design substantially in the form
provided in the contract plans and specifications prepared by Peratrovich, Nottingham & Drage, Inc.,
dated September 28, 1995. It is further resolved that an advertisement inviting qualified construction
bids for the reconstruction of Union Wharf be released to the Public.
Adopted by the City Council of Port Townsend and signed by
day of October, 1995.
