A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PORT TOWNSEND, AUTHORIZING A LATECOMER
UTILITY CONTRACT PURSUANT TO RCW 35.91
Tom O'Meara has constructed an 8-inch sewer line 500 feet in length in 31st Street
beginning at the intersection of Thomas Street and 31st Street within the service
area of the City of Port Townsend in Jefferson County, Washington; and
Tom O'Meara wishes to enter into an Agreement with the City of Port Townsend
pursuant to RCW 35.91, as amended, to provide for partial reimbursemem by
subsequent users or connectors to the line,
NO W THEREFORE
Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Port Townsend that the Mayor is hereby
authorized to execute on behalf of the City an agreement providing for the partial reimbursement
to the person set forth herein of the costs of construction of the utility line by subsequent
connectors onto said utility line.
