HomeMy WebLinkAbout95-121-2arsoLu oN A RESOLUTION authorizing the Mayor to enter into a Property Use and Development Agreement in implementation of the Lynnesfield Planned Unit Development. WHEKEAS, Campbell Construction has petitioned the City in accordance with Chapter 17.40 of the Port Townsend Municipal Code to develop as a Planned Unit Development certain property described in Planned Unit Development Application 9404-11; and WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed and approved the petition of Campbell Construction and has adopted findings of fact and conclusions dated December 4, 1995; and WI-W~S, certain conditons are necessary and p.roper to assure development of the Planned Unit Development in compliance with accepted principles of land use planning, and the requirements of Chapter 17.40, and to mitigate probable adverse impacts under the State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA); and WHEREAS, Campbell Construction, as a free and voluntary act has agreed to the conditions proposed by the City and both parties wish to memorialize their agreement through this document; Now Therefore, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Port Townsend that the Mayor is hereby authorized on behalf of the city to enter into a Property .Use and Development Agreement, substantially in the tbrm attached hereto as Attachment 3. the City Council of the City' of Port Townsend in regular session assembled , 1995.
