A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO SIGN AN AMENDMENT TO THE JULY 15, 1995
PROFESSIONAL SERVICES CONTRACT WITH ECONOMIC & ENGINEERING
SERVICES O~ES).
WHEREAS, It is desirable to study the financial implications of changes in the water
services area boundaries on City utility customers; and
WHEREAS, EES was selected last year to perform utility rate financial models and has now
expended their 1995 contract amount $24,700.00; and
WHEREAS, EES is on the City's Professional Services Roster in accordance with RCW39.80
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Port Townsend
that it authorizes the Mayor to sign an amendment to the Professional Services Agreement with
EES in substantially the same form as attached.
