A RESOLUTION of the City Council of the City of Port Townsend
authorizing the MAYOR to sign a contract awarding the bid for sodium
hypochlorite to be used by 'the wastewater and water quality divisions for
1996 to T C Products Inc.
the City of Port Townsend requires necessary services and products for the year
I996; and
the City's current contract for these products and services expire December 31,
1995; and
the City has advertised for bids for these products in a fair and timely manner and
has found T C Products to be the lowest, responsive bidder; Now,
Therefore,
Be it resolved that the City Council of the City of Port Townsend that the Mayor is hereby
authorized to sign a contract agreement with T C Products Inc. for sodium hypochlorite for 1996.
ADOPTED by the City Council and signed by the Mayor this
