A RESOLUTION of the City Council of the City of Port Townsend
authorizing the MAYOR to sign a contract awarding the bid for chlorine
gas to be used by the water quality division for 1996 to Jones Chemical
Inc.
the City of Port Townsend requires necessary services and products for the year
1996; and
the City's current contract for these products and services expire December 31,
1995; and
the City has advertised for bids for these products in a fair and timely manner and
has found Jones Chemical to be the lowest, responsive bidder; Now,
Therefore,
Be it resolved that the City Council of the City of Port Townsend that the Mayor is hereby
authorized to sign a contract agreement with Jones Chemical Inc. for chlorine gas for 1996.
