A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO SIGN AN ADDENDUM TO THE JEFFERSON
COUNTY SWIM ASSOCIATION POOL USE AGREEMENT.
the City of Port Townsend (the City) and the Jefferson County Swim Association
(JCSA) have an agreement for the City to provide a swim program for the JCSA;
and
WHEREAS, the agreement terminated December 31, 1995; and
WHEREAS, the City and JCSA desire to continue this program as is for another six months;
and
WHEREAS, the JCSA and the City are anticipating reviewing the agreement in the next six
months, and are contemplating changes starting July 01, 1996;
N O W T H E R E F O R E
Be It Resolved by the City Council of the City of Port Townsend to authorize the Mayor to sign
an addendum to the Jefferson County Swim Association Pool Use Agreement extending the
agreement to July 01, 1996.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Port Townsend and signed by the Mayor this 2nd day
of january, 1996.
