A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO SIGN AN AMENDMENT TO THE NOVEMBER 06,
1995 PROFESSIONAL SERVICES CONTRACT WITH POLARIS ENGINEERING AND
SURVEYING INC.
WHEREAS,

WHEREAS,
WHEREAS,
the City is in need of topographic surveying services for Sheridan Street from 19th to
Hastings Avenue and Discovery Road between Sheridan and Hendricks; and
Polaris was selected to perform this work using the procedures outlined in RCW
39.80; and
a Professional Services Contract was executed for this work; and
the termination date of this contract was December 31, 1995; and
the City desires to extend this contract to allow Polaris to complete the project.
N O W T H E R E F O R E
Be It Resolved by the City Council of the City of Port Townsend that it authorizes the Mayor to sign
an amendment to the Professional Services contract dated November 06, 1995, extending the
contract termination date to February 29, 1996.
