A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO SIGN .AN AGREEMENT WITH THE
DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH TO SET A COMPLETION DATE OF THE CITY'S
WATER MASTER PLAN.
WHEREAS, the City is required to submit a Water Master Plan, and
WHEREAS, Growth Management planning issues have delayed the completion of the Water
Master Plan, and
WHEREAS, this Agreed Order extends the completion date of the Water Master Plan to
December 31, 1996, and
WHEREAS, the terms of this agreement has been negotiated by staffunder the direction of the
Council Utilities Committee, and
WHEREAS, the Utilities Committee has recommended the approval of this order;
N O W T H E R E F O R E
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Port Townsend authorizes the Mayor to
sign an Agreed Order with the Department of Health regarding the Water Master Plan in
substantially the same form as attached.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Port Townsend and signed by the Mayor this 5th day
of February 1996.
