RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT
TOWNSEND AUTHORIZING. THE MAYOR TO SIGN AN AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND, AND THE DOMESTIC
VIOLENCE SEXUAL ASSAULT PROGRAM
The City Council of the City of Port Townsend, Washington, does resolve as follows:
WHEREAS, the Domestic Violence Sexual Assault Program is a non-profit corporation
of the State of Washington, and,
WHEREAS, the City desires to financially support the programs provided by the
Domestic Violence Sexual Assault Program as they are a valuable service to the citizens of Port
Townsend,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council for the City of Port
Townsend that the Mayor is authorized to sign an Agreement with the Domestic Violence Sexual
Assault Program in the same form as attached.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Port Townsend and signed by the Mayor
on this 18th day of March, 1996.
