A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT
TOWNSEND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO SIGN A CONTRACT
WITH WOOLETT & ASSOCIATES FOR CONSULTING SERVICES TO
ACCOMPLISH ~ CITY'S LAND USE PLANNING PROJECTS DURING
THE ABSENCE OF THE STAFF PLANNER DURING MATERNITY LEAVE.
WHEREAS. the City and the Consultant desire to enter into an Agreement to formalize their
relationship; and
it would be beneficial to the City to utilize the Consultant as an independent entity
to accomplish the City's land use planning projects during the absence of the staff
planner during maternity leave; and
WHEREAS, the City has investigated the qualifications of the Consultant and finds that the
Consultant is qualified to perform the services required;
NOW THEREFOR BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Port Townsend that it
authorizes the Mayor to sign a Professional Services/Consultant Agreement between the City of
Port Townsend and Telcom Management Concepts in substantially the same form as attached.
