A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PORT TOWNSEND FIXING THE TIME FOR HEARING ON A
PETITION FOR VACATION OF A STREET.
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Port Townsend, that:
The Port Townsend City Council shall conduct a public hearing on Street Vacation
Application No. 96-00067 from Arthur Karno. The request, if approved, would vacate a portion
of Arizona Street abutting lot8 6-10 inclusive of Block 26 of the Fowlers Park Addition in the
City of Port Townsend.
The heating will be conducted on or about 7:00 p.n~ on Monday, November 18, 1996, in
the Council Chambers of City Hall, 540 Water Street, Port Townsend, Washington.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Port Townsend and approved by the Mayor
this 21st day of October, 1996.
