A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND
AUTHORIZING A CALL FOR BIDS FOR PETROLEUM PRODUCTS.
WHEREAS,
WHEREAS,
WHEREAS,
the City of Port Townsend requires Petroleum Products for the year 1997; and
the City's current contract for these products expires on December 31, 1996; and
it is necessary and desirable to obtain these products through a fair and timely
competitive bidding process pursuant to Washington State Law
N O W T H E R E F O R E
Be it resolved, by the City Council of the City of Port Townsend that the Mayor is hereby
authorized to call for bids for Petroleum Products for the 1997 calendar year.
Adopted by the City Council and signed by the Mayor this 21st day of October, 1996.
