A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO SIGN AN AMENDMENT TO THE
PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH CH2M HILL TO ASSIST WITH
THE PREPARATION OF THE STORMWATER MASTER PLAN AND
IMPLEMENTATION PROJECTS
WHEREAS,
the City entered into a Professional Services Contract with CH2M Hill dated December
29, 1995 (Resolution//95-129 ) for assistance with the preparation of the Stormwater
Master Plan and implementation projects; and
WHEREAS, In addition to the contracted services the City finds it necessary to add additional related
tasks to this agreement; and
WHEREAS, the City has investigated the qualifications of the Consultant and finds that the
Consultant is qualified to perform the services required:

Be It Resolved that the City Council of the City of Port Townsend authorizes the Mayor to sign
an amendment to the Professional Services Agreement with CH2M Hill to assist with the
preparation of the Stormwater Master Plan and implementation projects.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Port Townsend, and signed by the Mayor this 2nd
day of December 1996.
