A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND
AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK TO RESET A PUBLIC HEARING WITH
REGARDS TO THE ADOPTION OF THE WATER MASTER PLAN FROM
FEBRUARY 03, TO THE FEBRUARY 18, 1997 CITY COUNCIL MEETING.
WHEREAS,

WHEREAS,
the Water Master Plan is an important issue with great impacts to the City and the
people it serves as a water utility; and
the City desires input from the public; and
a Public Hearing allows for a public process and forum in the decision making
process; and
the City wishes to allow sufficient time for Council Committee and public review
of the document
N O W T H E R E F O R E
Be It Resolved that the City Council of the City of Port Townsend authorizes the City Clerk to
reset the Public Hearing with regards to the adoption of the Water Master Plan scheduled for the
February 03, 1997 to the February 18, 1997 City Council meeting.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Port Townsend, and signed by the Mayor this 21st
day of January 1997.
