Stowe, both certified Washington appraisers; and Whereas, Funds have been budgeted for this property purchase in 1997, N O W T H E R E F O R E BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND that it autherizes the Hayer te sign an agreement with Timethy Slattery and Adalyn Slattery regarding the purchase ef Lets 7 and 8 in Block 5 ef the California Addition for the price of $10,000; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Treasurer is authorized to issue the warrants necessary to complete the purchase of the land in accordance with said agreement.
