A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO SIGN AN AMENDMENT TO THE "CITY OF
PORT TOWNSEND CONTROL MAP" PROJECT PROFESSIONAL SERVICES'
AGREEMENT WITH POLARIS ENGINEERING AND SURVEYING.
WHEREAS,
WHEREAS,
WHEREAS,
the City entered into a Professional Services Agreement with Polaris Engineering
and Surveying to provide the City with a Survey Control Map; and
this work will ultimately result in more accurate and less costly surveys
performed in the City; and
amending this contract will enable the consultant to complete the project ahead of
schedule
N O W T H E R E F O R E
Be It ResOlved that the City Council of the City of Port Townsend authorizes the Mayor to sign
an amendmem to Professional Services Agreement with Polaris Engineering and Surveying.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Port Townsend, and signed by the Mayor this 3rd
day of February, 1997.
