A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO SIGN A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT
WITH LITTLE AND LITTLE CONSTRUCTION INC. TO PROVIDE PROJECT
MANAGEMENT SERVICES FOR CONSIDERATION OF PUBLIC FACILITIES NEEDS
INCLUDING, CITY HALL, LIBRARY AND EXISTING POLICE DEPARTMENT
RENOVATION AND INTERIM PUBLIC SAFETY FACILITY .

WHEREAS,
the City and the Consultant are desirous of entering into an Agreement to formalize
their relationship; and
it would be beneficial to the City to utilize the Consultant as an independent entity to
provide Project Management Services for consideration of Public Facilities needs
including, City Hall, Library and existing Police Department renovation and Interim
Public Safety Facility; and
the City does not have sufficient staff or expertise to conduct such services itself; and
the City has investigated the qualifications of the Consultant and finds that the
Consultant is qualified to perform the services required;
N O W T H E R E F O R E
Be It Resolved that the City Council of the City of Port Townsend authorizes the Mayor to sign a
Professional Services Agreement with Little and Little Construction, Inc. to provide Project
Management Services for consideration of Public Facilities needs including, City Hall, Library and
existing Police Department renovation and Interim Public Safety Facility.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Port Townsend, and signed by the Mayor this 18th day
of February, 1997.
