A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO SIGN A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT
WITH RANDY PENDERGRASS TO PROVIDE ASSISTANCE OR INTERIM PROJECT
MANAGEMENT FOR PROJECTS THAT REQUIRE FINANCIAL ANALYSIS, REVIEW
OR UPDATE.

WHEREAS,
the City and the Consultant are desirous of entering into an Agreement to
formalize their relationship, and
it would be beneficial to the City to utilize the Consultant as an independent entity
to provide assistance or interim project management for projects that require
financial analysis, review or update; and
the City does not have sufficient staff or expertise to conduct such services itself;
and
the City has investigated the qualifications of the Consultant and finds that the
Consultant is qualified to perform the services required;
N O W T H E R E F O R E
Be It Resolved, that the City Council of the City of Port Townsend authorizes the Mayor to sign a
Professional Services Agreement with Randy Pendergrass to provide assistance or interim project
management for projects that require financial review, update or analysis.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Port Townsend, and signed by the Mayor this 17th
day of March, 1997.
