A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PORT TOWNSEND FIXING THE TIME FOR HEARING
ON A PETITION FOR A STREET VACATION
BE IT RESOLVED, THAT:
The Port Townsend City Council shall conduct a public hearing on Street Vacation
Application No. LUP97-00006 (Ken Brink). The proposal, if approved, would vacate
Redwood Street from the southern edge of "T" Street to the northern edge of "S" Street
between Blocks 38 and 48 of Pettygrove's Second Addition to the City of Port Townsend.
The hearing will be conducted at or about 7:00 PM on Monday, June 16, 1997, in the
Council Chambers of City Hall, 540 Water Street, Port Townsend, Washington.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Port Townsend and approved by the Mayor
this 21 day of April, 1996.
