A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PORT TOWNSEND FIXING THE TIME FOR HEARING
ON A PETITION FOR A STREET VACATION
BE IT RESOLVED, THAT:
The Port Townsend City Council shall conduct a public hearing on Street Vacation
Application No. LUP97-00029 (Dana Nieminen and Ken Schordineor). The proposal, if
approved, would vacate that portion of McNeill Street lying between Lots 1 and 2 of Block 4,
and Lots 4 and 5 of Block 1 in the Eisenbeis Addition to the City of Port Townsend.
The hearing will be conducted at or about 7:00 PM on Monday, May 19, 1997, in the
Council Chambers of City Hall, 540 Water Street, Port Townsend, Washington.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Port Townsend and approved by the Mayor
this 21 day of April, 1996.
