A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO SIGN A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH A.D.A. ENGINEERING, L.L.C. TO PROVIDE ENGINEERING
SERVICES FOR UTILITY AND STREET DEVELOPMENT IN THE TIER 1 AREA.

WHEREAS,
the City and the Consultant are desirous of entering into an Agreement to
formalize their relationship, and
it would be beneficial to the City to utilize the Consultant as an independent
entity to accomplish the City's objectives and goals to provide engineering
services for development in the Tier 1 area; and
the City does not have sufficient staff to conduct such services itself; and
the City has investigated the qualifications of the Consultant and finds that the
Consultant is qualified to perform the services required;
N O W T H E R E F O R E
Be It Resolved that the City Council of the City of Port Townsend authorizes the Mayor to sign a
Professional Services Agreement, in substantially the same form as attached, with A.D.A.
Engineering, L.L.C. to provide engineering services for utility and street development in the Tier
1 area.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Port Townsend, and signed by the Mayor this 2nd
day of June, 1997.
