A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO SIGN AN AMENDMENT TO THE
PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH PERTEET ENGINEERING, INC.
TO ADD INSPECTION SERVICES FOR THE SAN JUAN AVENUE PROJECT.

WHEREAS,
inspection and oversight of large project such as the San Juan Avenue Project are
required as a condition of the grant which funds the project; and
temporary engineering employees were to provide those services; and
these employees have been reassigned to inspect private development projects and
other City projects; and
Perteet Engineering has provided engineering and project management services
for the San Juan Avenue Project; and
Perteet Engineering has proven competent and efficient in the performance of
these duties,
N O W T H E R E F O R E
Be It Resolved that the City Council of the City of Port Townsend authorizes the Mayor to sign
an amendment to the Professional Services Agreement with Perteet Engineering, Inc. to provide
Inspection Services for the San Juan Avenue Improvement Project.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Port Townsend, and signed by the Mayor this
16th day of June, 1997.
