A RESOLUTION APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLAT APPLICATION NO. LUP97-00008
WHEREAS, John C. Hansen has petitioned the City in accordance with Title 18 of the Port
Townsend Municipal Code requesting a replat of Lots 1, 7 and 8 in Block 4 of the Supplemental
Plat ofO. C. Hastings Addition and Block 24 ½ of the Supplemental Plat of the Eisenbeis
Addition to the City of Port Townsend.
WHEREAS, the proposal was duly noticed pursuant to Chapter 20.01 of the Port Townsend
Municipal Code and no comment letters were received; and
WHEREAS, the Building and Community Development Director has reviewed the proposal for
consistency with adopted plans and regulations; and
WHEREAS, the Building and Community Development Director has conditionally approved the
preliminary plat; and
WHEREAS, City Council has reviewed the proposal and concurs with the Director's decision;
NOW THEREFORE, City Council hereby accepts and adopts the findings of fact, conclusions
and project conditions as recommended by the Building and Community Development Director
dated August 11, 1997.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Port Townsend in regular session assembled this
second day of September, 1997.
