A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO SIGN A CONTRACT WITH PRIMO
CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, INC. FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF SIDEWALK
AND INTERSECTION IMPROVEMENTS AT WATER AND TAYLOR STREETS.
WHEREAS,
WHEREAS,
WHEREAS,
the City desires to improve pedestrian safety; and
the City desires to improve accessability for disabled persons to City streets and
City facilities, such as Union Wharf; and
the improvements, proposed by this contract, have previously been approved by
the Transportation Committee of Council,
NOW THEREFORE
Be it resolved that the City Council of the City of Port Townsend does hereby authorize the
Mayor to sign a contract with Primo Construction Company, Inc., in the amount of $24,056.31
for the construction of sidewalk and intersection improvements at Water and Taylor Streets.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Port Townsend and signed by the Mayor this 15th
day of September, 1997.
